Welcome to the consultation

A team of consultants led by Summerfield Planning, Clifton Emery design, and AWP Partnerships have been commissioned by Bodmin Town Council to assist them in preparing a Neighbourhood Development Plan.

The Neighbourhood Development Plan is a legal planning document that will help to guide the type and form of development in the Bodmin NDP area in the future.

The Plan will set out the projects and planning policies that will help to shape and improve our community over the coming years.

The Neighbourhood Development Plan Area (Designated September 2019).
